KINDLY NOTE| 1 | No Registration Forms will be available in the school office | |
| 2 | Age limit: 3½ years to 4½ years as on 1st April, 2021 | |
| 3 | Submission of duly filled Forms in the School Office along with Registration Fee of Rs. 500/- on 15th and 16th January, 2021 between 09:00 am to 11:00 am. | |
| 4 | List of supporting documents to be produced by the parents at the time of submitting the Registration Form (Photocopies only) | |
| a) Date of Birth Certificate of the Child from the Municipality only (Once Birth Certificate is submitted, no change in date of birth will be accepted in future). | ||
| b) Fitness Certificate of the Child. | ||
| c) Pass Out Certificate of Father/Mother (School/Graduation/Post Graduation etc) | ||
| d) Proof of Residence. |
